We have an exciting new opportunity for a Dietitian with a range of generalist experience who is interested in developing more specialist skills in the area of Home Enteral Feeding (HEF) across both adults and paediatrics.
We are seeking a Dietitian with some experience who is looking to advance their career and is interested in having the opportunity to shape the development of a new and exciting service in our local area.
We are able to offer training and support for those with little prior paediatric experience and you will be provided with clinical supervision by both adult and paediatric services. We will provide a robust and flexible training package to work around the needs of the individual applicant.

You will be joining a small, friendly and supportive Dietetic team which sits in the wider professional team comprising paediatric SLT, OT, Physio and Adult SLT – giving access to the widest range of skill-sharing and MDT working.
This post has key responsibility for providing specialist nutritional assessment and ongoing support to patients of all ages requiring Home Enteral Feeding and oral nutritional support within outpatient clinics, on home visits and within care homes.
Applicants must hold up-to-date HCPC registration. Car driver essential for this post. Please note applicants who do not fully meet the person specification may be considered for a development post and receive support and training to progress into the band 6 role.
Grimsby and Scunthorpe are vibrant towns surrounded by pretty villages and the beautiful North/North East Lincolnshire countryside. They also benefit from abundant train links and are commutable from Doncaster, Lincoln, Hull & Sheffield. Grimsby is only 45 minutes’ drive from the 2017-2020 City of Culture, Hull and an easy drive of less than an hour and a half from the lively city of Leeds.

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
