Northern Lincolnshire & Goole NHS Foundation Trust are now recruiting newly qualified nurses and student nurses across our Trust sites across a range of specialties including Medicine, Surgery and Community. As an NLaG newly qualified nurse you will have access to our excellent training and development programmes which are focused on your development in your chosen area of specialism.

In order to apply you will be a third year student or will have recently qualified.
Following your interview you will automatically join our Nursing Talent Programme where you will be initially offered a Band 2 Senior Health Care Assistant Bank Contract, this is whilst you complete your nursing qualifications and will allow for flexibility.
Following receipt of your qualification you will move through our care camp program. Care Camp is an intensive one week nursing induction course designed to give you all the tools you will need to start your nursing career. You will then be invited to attend bite-size follow up sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills and access clinical supervision and support in addition to having a named preceptor to guide you and support your development in the workplace.
Following receipt of your NMC Pin Number you will then join our Band 5 nursing teams where your development will continue.
Roles available across a wide variety of specialties in both hospital and community settings - Scunthorpe General Hospital, Diana Princess of Wales Hospital, Goole and District Hospital and North Lincolnshire Community Nursing services.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
