The staff bank is the Trust’s first port of call to fill staffing shortfalls before resorting to agency staff. It allows you to work flexibly, get experience in other areas and pick up additional shifts. The bank is not just for nurses, we now have an Allied Health Professions (AHP) bank covering Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Podiatry, Nutrition and Dietetics and Speech and Language Therapy.
